I'm so glad that I gave this book a chance. I am not a huge fan of large age gaps. I find that the older partner often has a dominating even patronizing attitude towards their younger partner which troubles me, and I, personally, find age play to be, quite possibly, the least sexy thing ever (not knocking it if that's your thing, but my parents are high on the list of things I don't want to think about during sex.) I was so happy to see the loving, and well balanced relationship between James and Rafi (although that nickname makes me want to sing Baby Beluga.) They truly have a partnership, and, like James, I find that to be a wonderful thing. I love Marlow, and find he really adds to the story. It was nice to read about a character from my home state, but he must be from the southern part of Maine because we here in the downeast section certainly don't sound like Kennedy's when our accent comes out. A funny, sweet, and enjoyable read.
